Signal Technology Associates is an engineering and marketing organization that specializes in communications and monitoring equipment in radio frequency. Our efforts are directed to servicing the Department of National Defence, Federal Security Agencies and Law Enforcement Agencies. We undertake to design and construct customized equipment at the request of our clients and provide engineering services in support of our own products we distribute.

We are registered under the CGRP program and are entitled to examine, possess or transfer controlled goods in accordance with the Defence Production Act and the Controlled Goods Regulations. We are also a qualified vendor by Public Works and Government Services Canada (procurement number 87044 6622 PG001)

Signal Technology Associates has been in business since 1993, based in Ottawa for its proximity to the decision makers in the major federal agencies. Our President is cleared to “Secret” level by the Government of Canada. 

Our President, Brian Artelle is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in dealing with the small and intermediate client market. He also has extensive dealing with various government departments. 

The founder, Steve Clark has been active in the business for over 18 years. He has a wide experience in the radio frequency market and is currently an advisor to the company.
