Associates, Inc is an Engineering and Marketing
organization that specializes in Communications and Monitoring
equipment in Radio
Frequency. Our efforts are directed to servicing the Department
of National Defence, Federal Security Agencies, and Law Enforcement
Agencies. We undertake to design and construct customized equipment
at the request
of our clients and provide Engineering services in support of our own
and products we distribute.
Signal
Technology Associates, Inc also acts as a Consultant.
Clients include a manufacturer of Electronic Warfare Systems
who have
interests in working with the
Department of National Defence to
equip new aircraft and to modernize existing EW systems against missile
threats. Another Client is the world leader in High Frequency Surface
Wave Radar Systems . Consulting services include Client relations,
specification development, assistance
in
procurement
processes, and management of industrial participation agreements.

Associates, Inc is registered under the CGRP
Program and is entitled to examine, possess or transfer controlled
goods in
accordance with the Defence Production Act and the Controlled Goods
Regulations. We are also a qualified Vendor by Public Works and Government
Services Canada (PWGSC) and our procurement
business number is 87044 6622 PG0001.

member of TRACE International
Inc., a non-profit association of companies
working to increase transparency in interantional business transations.
Signal Technology Associates, Inc was
formed November 1993 and is based in Ottawa, Ontario for its proximity
to the decision-makers
in the
major Agencies. Our President is cleared to "Top Secret" level
by the Government of Canada and specially licensed by the R.C.M.P. to
possess certain surveillance equipment.
The founder Steve Clark, formerly a division Vice-President with Bristol-Myers,
is the owner and brings the skills gained from 27 years experience
at senior levels in Management, Finance and Marketing in both domestic
and international arenas. Experience includes general management of
a $35 Million Canadian company with 67 employees.
Our strategy is to gather the technical and management resources among
its Associates to focus appropriate skills on specific tasks. Our Associates
are not employees but form a network whose expertise can be accessed
on a contract basis to supply expertise in a cost efficient manner.
